Let's balance that against the gun's good points:
• It's light (20 ounces or so fully loaded)I think this is probably the best "bedroom gun" ever made. Fit a Streamlight M-6 illuminator/laser, and this gun is just about perfect...
• It hold a lot of bullets (flush mount 20-round mags)
• It has the recoil of a .22 Magnum
• The round has been devastating in real world shootings (I've seen the reports, kids!)
• It points fiercely well
• It's a perfect match for the new civilian P90 carbine
I could probably teach my beagle to shoot this gun well

Google for civilian p90, it's going to be released this year with a longer barrel. Alot of dealers are taking preorders.
I'm serously considering buying one, but not shure what the ammo situation is. I think I might buy the ammo first just in case it's gone before I pony up for the pistol.

I love my 5.7 and have shot almost 1000 rounds through it without 1 single problem! Other then the ammo is way over priced. I've had no problems getting ammo in Alaska. I usually purchase 3 extra boxes when ever it comes time. I do rotate it with another Pistol for CCW.

I was hoping that they wold have a conversion for a .22 magnum. Same ballistics at a fourth of the cost. This gun was designed for the AP round, just doesn't do justice with the civilian available round.
